U.S. President Donald J Trump issued a presidential message commemorating , praising the contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities to the nation’s history, economy, and cultural fabric.

In his statement, President Trump emphasized the role of AAPI individuals in shaping the United States over its 250-year history, describing their contributions as vital to the country’s growth and success. He highlighted the service of more than 77,000 AAPI members in the U.S. Armed Forces, along with the impact of entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and technology innovators.

“Throughout our Nation’s history, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders have strengthened every facet of American life,” the President said, pointing to their influence in business, medicine, and emerging industries.

Focus on Shared Values

The President underscored values such as family, hard work, education, and freedom as central to both his administration’s agenda and AAPI communities. He linked these principles to ongoing policy initiatives aimed at economic growth, public safety, and education reform.
