One week Multidisciplinary Faculty Development programme started at Sarkaghat College.

One week multidisciplinary Faculty Development Programme (FDP) commenced at Rabindra Nath Tagore Government Degree College Sarkaghat which was organized by the Department of Tour & Travel in collaboration with Department of Commerce.
Burgeoning from April 10 to 16, the programme was inaugurated with great enthusiasm. Theme of this FDP is “Innovative Teaching Strategies and Tools in the Digital Era” which is being conducted through online mode.
This programme was presided over by the Principal of the college, Dr. R.R. Kaundal, who expressed his gratitude to the keynote speaker, all the resource persons, teachers and researchers for participating in this programme and thanked everyone.
He said that FDP has an important contribution in the overall development of the education system and students.
The keynote speaker of this programme- Prof. N. Nagaraju, Vice Chancellor, Gangadhar Maher University, Sambalpur, Odisha said that such programs have great importance in the present education system.
Convenor of this FDP Dr. Arun Sharma shared information about the theme of FDP, resource persons, diversity of participants and activities to be conducted in this 7 days FDP.
This FDP is being attended by more than 170 participants from more than 50 institutions on pan India basis. On this occasion Prof Tej Singh Verma, Dr. Subhash Verma, co-convenor Prof Shakti Chand and all the teachers of the college remained present.
